Metii is a blockchain-based utility tool that allows users to tokenize their public content by tagging our platform in social media posts. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Metii’s services. By tagging @metii.official_ or interacting with our systems, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Furthermore, you consent to your post being used to generate a blockchain token and authorize a public reply.

• You agree to only tag Metii on content you have the right to use.
   
• You accept that tokens generated are permanent and stored on a public blockchain.
   
• You acknowledge that Metii does not offer financial services, investments, or trading tools.
   

All trademarks, content, and service designs belong to Metii LTD unless otherwise stated. User-submitted content remains the intellectual property of the user.

Metii provides services “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or error-free performance. Blockchain interactions are irreversible — users are responsible for their tags and interactions.

Metii is not liable for any damages arising from:

• Improper or unauthorized tagging
   
• Misuse of public contract addresses
   
• Third-party platform behavior (e.g. Instagram or blockchain networks)
   

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
